what is the crying but thriving club?

Yesssss, monthly mail sent straight to your mailbox that isn’t a bill. How fun is that?
I wanted to create something that made personal development/healing feel tangible. With all the information circulating out there it can feel overwhelming and feel like you have 67995094 projects within yourself you need to “fix”.
So I wanted to take away as much overwhelm as I possibly could and give you a great place to start.
Each month features a new theme centered around something I believe actually matters: mindset, nervous system regulation, self-care, building a better relationship with yourself, etc.
The tools i’ll included in each month’s mail will be both fun and challenging (as I believe that that’s the sweet spot for sustainable growth.)
What’s included: A handwritten-style letter from me (think spicy pep talk w/ some story telling), a guided activity (both funzie and challenging). an affirmation card (affirmations are anchors) , and a sticker (because obviously).
How it works: It’s a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime. No pressure, no commitment issues.
Why join?: Why not? You know you need to change so why not make it a little easier (and way more fun)? Instead of white-knuckling your way through it alone, you get structure, intention, and a lil pen pal in your corner hyping you up every step of the way. * go bestiieeee *
Think of it as your monthly reminder that you can show up for yourself… even on the days you’d rather rot in bed and spiral. You don’t have to have it all figured out, you just have to be willing to try. And I’ll be right there with you, cheering you on, calling you out (lovingly), and reminding you who the hell you are when you forget.
We’re not doing perfect here. We’re doing real, messy, “cry a little then get back up” growth. And honestly? It hits way better when you’re not doing it alone.
Plus a little piece of mail to look forward to (which is reason enough, if you ask me).

My stickers are basically my intrusive thoughts if they became cute little pieces of art.
I create whatever feels fun, emotionally unwell, inspiring, loud, soft, weird, or oddly specific in the moment. Every design is a tiny extension of my brain and personality, just with better colors and cleaner outlines.
They’re made to live on your water bottles, laptops, notebooks, phone cases, emotional support iPads… you get it.
This shop is really just my way of leaving tiny pieces of joy, personality, and unhinged creativity out in the world.

Specifics for August’s Mail:
Theme: Holistic Self-Care
I created this month's theme because I think self-care has become so misunderstood.
Somewhere along the way, we were taught that self-care is bubble baths, face masks, and buying ourselves little treats. And while those things can absolutely be part of it... they're only a tiny piece of the picture.
Real self-care is so much deeper.
It's getting enough sleep, drinking water, nourishing your body, moving in a way that feels good, setting boundaries, speaking kindly to yourself, asking for help, spending time in nature, creating, resting, and making space for joy.
It's caring for your mind, body, and soul, not just when you're burnt out, but because you deserve to feel well.
This month is an invitation to check in with every part of yourself.
Not to become the "perfect" version of you.
Not to overhaul your entire life.
Just to notice where you might need a little more care, compassion, and attention.
Because self-care isn't something you earn after you've done enough.
It's something you deserve simply because you're human.
Activity: Holistic Self-Care Check in
This month's activity is all about creating your personal self-care toolkit.
We're all different, which means the things that help us feel grounded, recharged, and like ourselves will look different too.
Inside, you'll find four categories: emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual self-care, with empty spaces for you to fill in what genuinely supports you in each area.
Maybe emotional self-care looks like calling a friend or journaling.
Maybe physical self-care is stretching, drinking more water, or going for a walk.
Maybe mental self-care is reading, taking a break from social media, or asking for help.
Maybe spiritual self-care is spending time in nature, practicing gratitude, praying, meditating, or simply sitting in silence.
There are no right or wrong answers.
This isn't about creating the "perfect" routine—it's about building a list of tools that you know help fill your cup.
That way, when life feels overwhelming or you're running on empty, you won't have to wonder what might help. You'll already have a personalized reminder of the things that bring you back to yourself.
Think of this as your own little self-care menu—one you can come back to whenever you need a gentle reminder that caring for yourself can be simple, intentional, and uniquely yours. 💛
Affirmation Card: I love love looooove affirmations.
They're one of my favorite ways to interrupt the mental spiral and reconnect with myself when I've wandered too far away.
Think of them as little reminders that your needs matter, your feelings matter, your voice matters... and you matter.
Stick them somewhere you'll see them often and let them help guide you back to yourself when you need it most.
Stickers: They’re always designed and created by me. I never know what I am going create but they always end up being cool.
Letter: A fun little blend of storytelling, gentle call-outs, relatable life lessons, and the kind of big sister advice that feels like a warm hug and a reality check at the same time.
Think: "bestie, I say this with love..." energy.
How it works:
It’s a monthly subscription that will be sent to your mailbox once a month! You can cancel anytime, no pressure, no stress. Although I would prefer you stay *insert puppy eyes *
